Student-Led Conferences - Fall

 

Dear Sylvester Families: 

Student-Led Conferences will be held Tuesday, November 14th to Wednesday, November 22nd.  This is an opportunity for students to share their scholars accomplishments and goals so far. It’s important that you or another trusted adult make time for this conference arranged and led by your student.

Please expect to be contacted by your student’s Advisor to schedule time for a conference.  Not only is it an expectation that all students have a conference, but it is an excellent chance for each student to take ownership and leadership over academic achievements and for you and your student to synchronize your understanding and efforts towards success. 

If for some reason you or another trusted adult cannot attend your student’s conference, please let your student’s advisor know as soon as possible so that we may provide someone to act as a surrogate so that your student does not miss this important experience. If you have any questions, please reach out to your student’s advisor.
