Following a strategic hiring process, Dr. Richard Brown has been selected to serve as the next principal at Sylvester Middle School.
Dr. Brown has served as a high school assistant principal in the Northshore School District since 2020. He previously worked as a school counselor at the middle school and high school level.
Dr. Brown holds a doctoral degree in educational leadership, superintendent certificate and principal certification from the University of Washington, a master’s degree in counseling from City University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Morehouse College.
